Advocate Moshe Shorer

Graduated from Bar Ilan University (LL.B) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1992. He is a member of STEP, the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and he has been a member of the Israel Bar Association Property & Land Commission. Over the years, Moshe has attended many professional seminars and courses in his field of expertise.

Moshe gained extensive experience at the law firm Shine, Hunter, Martin and Associates (a partnership that was later dissolved), which specialized in trust management, foreign companies and commercial law, and at the law firm Moshe Shoob and Associates, which specializes in matters concerning real estate, city planning and city construction.

Moshe has experience in conducting negotiations which comes to the fore especially in matters relating to real estate. A specialization of his is in the accompaniment rezoning lands processes and enhancement land rights, ranging from the beginning of city development and city planning stages, through to alteration of real estate designation at the various committees and authorities. Moshe has much experience in representing clients who have been burden damages by city planning and city construction, and also in handling objections and appeals to decisions of the various committees and authorities.

Moshe specializes in managing and protecting multinational family’s assets. Moshe incorporate off-shore companies and assist with planning and managing estates through wills, wills for life and other structures and funds related to these services.

Moshe also deals in trusts, management of estates and inheritance, as well as international taxation. He serves as a trustee and gives managing services for foreign companies to ensure the proper execution and implementation of international transactions, and asset protection.

Moshe has experience in handling claims for compensation for impairment of real estate due to rezoning of lands or due to expropriation of land by various authorities. In addition, Moshe accompanies land transactions regarding the negotiations, the aspects of taxation, representing clients at the tax authority, including the tax self assessments for the transactions, filing objections and appeals to the official tax assessments, negotiating with various authorities regarding betterment tax, purchase tax, property tax and various levies required by local authorities, including betterment fees.

Graduated from Tel Aviv University (LL.B) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2009. He has attended many professional seminars and courses and has acquired considerable knowledge and experience in the areas of real estate, city planning and city construction, and land taxation.

Moran started his professional career as an intern at the law firm Moshe Shorer and Associates, and has gained considerable experience in all of the firm’s areas of expertise. Moran specializes in all aspects of real estate laws and he is well versed and experienced in business negotiations, in accompanying the processes of rezoning lands, accompanying landowners through various procedures with the authorities, including the handling of objections and appeals to tax assessments.

Moran handles the firm’s private and commercial clients, dealing with a wide variety of land and real estate transactions, including partnership agreements, construction agreements, taxation matters, city planning and city construction, etc.

In addition, Moran provides legal servises to contractors throughout the entire construction process, including the land acquisition agreements, agreements of selling the build units, agreements for building contractors, bank financial assistance agreements and condominium registration.
