about the project

The "recreational belt" plan is located within the municipal boundaries of Ramat Hasharon and Tel Aviv. It concerns two plans that were promoted together and form a continuum - the eastern recreational belt and the western recreational belt. The boundaries of the plans are: in the north Route No. 5, in the south the Neve Gan neighborhood in Ramat Hasharon, the Morasha interchange in the east, and Netivey Ayalon in the west.

The plan calls for the construction of about 6,100 residential units in a popular demand area. It will allocate about 900 dunams for an urban park for the benefit of the area's residents. The park is an important part of the open space continuum in the northern part of the Tel Aviv district.

The RSH/1084 plan, which covers the eastern part of the recreational belt, includes 3,250 diverse residential units with an average area of 93 sqm per apartment. Of these, 30% are defined as small apartments, in addition to 300 units designated for assisted living. The plan also includes approximately 7,700 sqm for commercial areas, approximately 9,600 square meters for employment, and approximately 68 dunams designated as public areas.

A plan named RSH/1010 was prepared for the western part. This plan includes about 2,800 residential units of various types, whose average area is also about 93 sqm per apartment. According to the plan, 20% of the apartments will be defined as small, and 220 housing units are designated for assisted living. The plan will also include commercial areas of about 6,000 sqm and about 60 dunams for public areas.

The plan was approved by the Tel Aviv District Planning and Building Committee in late 2016.

After the outline plan was given effect, the RSH/1010/A plan was also approved. In this plan, our firm represents many landowners. Early preparations for construction will bring about an early start to construction, the quick and effective realization of the rights, and significant cost savings, both in construction and taxation.
