about the project

A plan for the construction of about 3,600 residential units in the north part of Ra'anana, in the area between Rasco neighborhood (Ben Zvi) in the east and Kiryat Sharet in the west. This plan is one of the largest plans prepared for the city of Ra'anana. The plan covers about 900 dunams of private land and fills in the urban continuum in the northern part of the city. This plan is vital for the development of Ra'anana and for increasing the supply of apartments in the city. The plan is characterized by condominium complexes (high density) constructed with high planning standards. On average, the plan's apartments will have about 105 sqm main area, while at least one-third of the apartments (in each lot) will be smaller units with a main area of 80/85 sqm. In addition to the residential apartments, the plan will include extensive areas for educational and public institutions and open lands that will serve as gardening areas and parks, pedestrian and bicycle trails, as well as parking lots for visitors and neighborhood residents.

In this program too, our firm represents landowners eligible for a number of buildings within the program boundaries. Some of the lots are already in advanced stages of construction. The early-stage organization of the landowners by our firm facilitated the realization of the owners` rights and significant savings both in construction costs and in the various taxes and levies.
