HR/2200 –Herzliya Blue Shore
about the project
The Hof Hatchelt plan covers an area of approximately 2,000 dunams in the southwestern part of Herzliya, overlooking the beach. The Herzliya local committee approved the plan, and the district committee further decided to publish the plan for submittal.
The plan will grant the landowners the rights to build a residential neighborhood that will include about 12,500 residential units, commercial and employment areas, offices and hotels, public areas including a coastal park, and areas for public institutions. The plan is divided into three vertical demarcated areas that will be later designated for detailed planning.
HR/2200 is an outlining plan layout, where the merging and redivision, and repartition tables will be prepared as part of the detailed planning of each demarcated area.
Our firm represents many right-holders in the Hof Hatchelt plan, which includes mostly private owners. Our firm has accompanied and continues to provide the landowners represented by the firm with quality, client-oriented professional services. These services include reviewing the plans, raising objections where and when necessary, and initiating construction, and continue until the apartments are handed over to the landowners.
It is of great importance for landowners to organize as a group and be represented from the early stages of the plan to protect their rights, save on expenses and taxes, facilitate the expedited realization of their rights, and avoid partnership liquidation claims in the future.
