Tel-Aviv
TA/3700 - The Northwest area Of Tel Aviv
about the project
Our firm represents hundreds of landowners (over 10%) within the boundaries of the TA/3700 plan, which was given effect in 2015. The city’s "Northwestern Plan” - is a plan to establish a new urban district between Tel Baruch beach and Herzliya. It extends along 2.5 km of a coastal strip, totaling 1,890 dunams. The plan includes constructing about 13,000 residential units and development rights for employment, commerce, hotels, and recreation uses.
Five detailed plans were drawn up under the outline plan, for the five sections of the plan. The plans also included repartition tables to which the landowners were assigned. Landowners represented by us were placed together in independent plots.
Objections filed against the detailed plans have not yet been decided.
Our firm represents the landowners with the aim of creating a group that will get obtain its rights together. This will allow the landowners to exercise their rights faster and better than other landowners and prevent the dissolution of real estate partnerships. A coordinated group offers additional benefits, such as saving many expenses involved in obtaining the rights, facilitating a more professional level of monitoring the developments in the plan, and allowing the landowners to fight for issues of rights, taxes, and levies.
