TA/5091 – Tel Aviv North Sea View
about the project
Plan TA/5091, followed by TA/5091/A and currently in the revised edition TA/5091/B, is a relatively small plan in North Tel Aviv. It is located south of Propes St., west of Levi Eshkol St., and north of the Large Cluster. The plan includes the construction of about 1,100 residential units. Business, public areas, and gardens are also planned.
The plan includes repartition tables as part of merging and redivision. Therefore, it will be possible to immediately proceed to the construction phase after approval of the plan and development.
Since the plan was submitted with repartition tables while grouping together improperly represented groups, as determined by experts` opinion, our firm is conducting a procedure disputing the plan. The aim of these proceedings, among other things, is to obtain consolidated rights for the group in a fair and egalitarian manner.
Our firm represents more than 15% of the right-holders under the plan. As explained above, an organized group offers many advantages, such as the expedited realization of rights, preventing the dissolution of a partnership, saving many expenses involved in obtaining the rights, facilitating a more professional level of monitoring the developments in the plan, and allowing the landowners to fight for issues of rights, taxes, and levies.
