TA /4444 - Tel Aviv Sde Dov Neighborhood
about the project
In September 2014, an announcement was published for the planning of TA/4444 – the outline plan for Sde Dov.
TA/4444 is a plan that will cover an area of approximately 1,450 dunams. Most of the area included under this plan is owned by the state of Israel, and a minor portion is privately owned.
The plan was published with a call for objections. Many landowners and organized groups did file their objections. Concurrently with the outline plan, a detailed plan was made by the Israel land Authority, employing the Preferred Housing Plan (TML), which was rapidly together with repartition tables.
Following this detailed plan, two more detailed plans will be prepared in accordance with the outline provided in the TA/4444 regulations.
Our firm is also organizing a group of owners for this plan. Organizing the group and concentrating it in independent buildings is of great importance, both to facilitate the expedited and optimal realization of rights and to prevent the dissolution of a partnership. Landowners who are represented in land release proceedings derive many additional benefits, including protection for their rights, reducing taxes and levies, and decreasing the expenses related to development proceedings and the realization of the land.
