Pi Glilot
RSH/800 and TA/2812 – Ramat Hasharon & Tel Aviv "P-Glilot"
about the project
These are two plans of the Ramat Hasharon Local Planning and Building Committee and the Tel Aviv Local Planning and Building Committee. The plans practically release the Pi Glilot area for building, between Route 5 in the north, Ayalon highway to the east, Route 2 to the west, and Tel Aviv to the south. The purpose of the plan is to build a mixed urban district for business and housing. It has the potential for building about 12,000 residential units and about 700,000 sqm for employment as well as a large park of about 430 dunams. This is all within the municipal boundaries of Ramat Hasharon and Tel Aviv.
The two plans cover an area of approximately 1,850 dunams under the municipal jurisdiction of the city of Ramat Hasharon and approximately 315 dunams under the municipal jurisdiction of the city of Tel Aviv.
Under the outline plans given effect, a detailed plan was prepared to divide the area into planning sub-sections. A repartitioning table, to which landowners will be assigned, will be created for each of these sub-sections. Represented landowners will be incorporated together in independent plots.
Our firm is organizing many of the plan’s landowners, to allow them to secure their rights together. An organized group offers many benefits, such as saving many expenses involved in obtaining the rights, facilitating a more professional level of monitoring the developments in the plan, and allowing the landowners to fight for issues of rights, taxes, and levies.
