about the project
The RZ/1/1000 plan in Rishon LeZion, called the "HaElef Complex " plan, is an outline plan that has been given effect. The plan was divided into three designated complexes and detailed plans were prepared for each of them.
Two of the three complexes mainly belong to the city of Rishon LeZion and the Israel Land Authority.
The third complex is an area of about 332 dunams that mostly belongs to private owners. A detailed plan was prepared for this area, and repartition tables were also published. At the end of the objections process, the detailed plan for the third complex will be approved, and it will be possible to issue building permits.
Our firm represents many landowners under the plan, aiming to promote approval of the plan, protect the owners` rights, and form groups that will begin construction immediately after the final plan is approved (for the third complex).
The association of landowners in groups and independent buildings will allow landowners to expedite the realization of their rights while protecting their rights and preventing the dissolution of partnerships.
Our firm accompanies the landowners in all legal objection proceedings, as necessary, and supports the landowners in all matters concerning taxes and levies.
Our legal accompaniment will continue until the landowners receive their apartments following the contracting process with the suitable developer.
